DRESS CODE:

Heaven requests that guests dress appropriately; no gym wear, or overly casual attire.

CANCELATION:

We require 24hrs notice to cancel your table booking this can be written confirmation by email/sms or please call. Failure to cancel within the required timescale could result in a compulsory deposit taken.

HOLDING YOUR TABLE:

We will hold your table for a maximum of 20 minutes after your booking time. Please let us know if you are running late. Management reserve the right to refuse entry or reject a booking.

AGE RESTRICTIONS:

Families welcome. Under 18's must be accompanies by an adult until 8pm. After 8pm we run a strictly over 18's policy
